Planning a wedding can be a lot of fun, but it can also be a bit overwhelming at times with so many tasks that need attention. Here, at Elizabeth Andrés, we make things easier for you with a simple and straight forward ordering and design process. While personal service and face-to-face communication is an integral part of our business, we also work just as effectively through email or telephone. We know that choosing your wedding and stationery style is a very personal decision so we work closely with you every step of the way to advise on save the dates, invitations, wedding day requirements, thank you notes and more!
How to Order
Step 1: SHOP
Explore our invitation collection in our lookbook, on our facebook page or visit our online etsy shop. Select the design you like and follow the purchase instuctions for paying the deposit on your order. Let us know your selection of ink colors, papers, and fonts that best reflect your personal wedding style as well as the quanity and wording for your stationery pieces. Feel free to give us a call or email us if you would like some help in making the right choices or if you wish to pay by cash, check, or bank transfer.
Step 2: DESIGN
Upon receiving your deposit, wording and design selections, we’ll work diligently on your artwork proof until it looks perfect! Your artwork proof will be emailed to you within 3 business days. Two rounds of revisions are included with your purchase. If you need more than this, they will be billed at 100 aed for each additional revision.
Step 3: APPROVE
Once you are completely happy with your design and you
Approve your artwork proof for printing, we will send you a payment link or final invoice for your balance due. Final payment must be made before printing will begin.
Step 4: DELIVERY
Once your final payment is received, your order will be printed and delivered to you via local courier (uae only). You can expect to receive your order approximately 10 business days after you make your final payment. International shipping is available.
