CUSTOM INVITATIONS


Our reknowned Custom Invitations offer the discerning client the ultimate VIP invitation designing experience resulting in a one-of-a-kind uber couture and extremely customized invitation sure to make a lasting impression on your guest.
 
Depending on the season and how busy we are, custom stationery invitations can require 6-12 weeks or more to complete, including the design process and production.  To guarantee your business with us, it is recommended that you place your order 4-6 months before your wedding date.  More information on wedding invitations is available on our FAQ page.
 
If there are less than 12 weeks before your wedding date, consider ordering from one of our two ready-to-order collections, the Signature Collection for stationery invitations and the Couture Collection for luxury silk invitations. Any designs from either of our ready-to-order collections can be customized to your wedding and are available for rush order.

The Design Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Send us an email at info@elizabethandres.com to send us a note about your event, including the date, location, theme, number of invitations, and if you prefer a stationery invitation or a silk/luxury invitation. We'll then contact you to discuss invitation options and to arrange a consultation either in person or via telephone.


Step 2: Complimentary Consultation
During the consultation we will spend some time getting to know you and discuss your event details, such as theme, colors, style, and possible invitation designs that will fit within your budget. We need to learn what inspires YOU so that we may be inspired to design the perfect invitation for you!

Step 3: Quotation & Contract
After your consultation, usually within 3-5 days, we will send you a quotation based on the options discussed at your consultation. If you decide to place an order with Elizabeth Andrés Designs, we require a signed quotation form and 50% deposit before beginning any design work.

Step 4: Design Process
Upon placing an order, you will be emailed up to three design concepts for you to review and comment on. There are usually about three to five rounds of drafts and revisions until your custom design is finalized.

Step 5: Printing & Production
Once your design is finalized, a digital proof will be emailed to you for final approval before going to print and production. You will be sent an invoice for the remaining amount due.  Full payment is required before printing and production begins.

Step 6: Receiving your Order
Your order will be shipping to you via your chosen courier or shipping method (options provided to you in your quotation).
